Head of Product

At R65 Labs, we built a robust and scalable behavior change platform—dubbed “Prologue”—that allows users to participate in virtual health-based events with a team of close friends and family members. Participants strive to meet health goals for multiple days with their teammates using an immersive mobile app that educates, supports, encourages, and rewards them along the way.

The Prologue platform includes:

  • A mobile app featuring a novel and engaging user experience that leverages a variety of gamification concepts.

  • A user-facing web portal.

  • Administrative tools.

  • An AI-driven virtual coach.

  • Data-based behavior analysis. 

  • Custom content library.

  • Much more.

Prologue has been used by:

  • Division I sports teams.

  • Fortune 100 companies.

  • Doctors and patients.

  • Diverse groups of students from many colleges & universities.

  • And others.

My Core Responsibilities

  • As part of the leadership team, collaborated with the CEO, CFO, Head of Engineering, Head of Marketing to define and  refine the vision for our flagship product, Prologue.  

  • Lead the design process for mobile, web, and desktop applications.

  • Produce interaction documentation, app visuals, and other assets for app development.

  • Generate imagery and videos, create websites and other materials to support marketing, business development, and Prologue content.

  • Perform regular product management duties, in collaboration with the Head of Engineering and CFO/COO. This included sprint planning, story writing, specification creation, etc. 

  • Work with the engineering team to refine design details based on technical implications and platform architecture.

  • Co-working sessions with the Data team to perform user research, review analytics, and understand user engagement to inform design iteration and new feature definition.

  • Ensure finished products meet rigorous design standards.

  • Administer scheduling and delivery of content for event participants.

  • Aid QA & Engineers in tracking down, diagnosing, and documenting bugs.
